About the job

In this role, you are an XSOLCORP Consultant assigned to an XSOLCORP client. You will be part of a team that is critically responsible for ensuring that XSOLCORP delivers timely, expert level business and technology solutions to our customers.  In this capacity, working in collaboration with our trusted partners, you will lead and /or participate in the build, testing and delivery of complex technical solutions that are aligned with the overall strategic and operational goals of the clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a minimum of 10 years working with ProductXpress playing a key role in the delivery of complex solutions using ProductXpress
• Has successfully performed the role of a Sr. ProductXpress Consultant providing consulting services to clients both remotely and on-site as required
• Is a self-starter, with strong interpersonal and highly effective communications skills 
• Can demonstrate depth in their understanding of life insurance products and life insurance company operations.
• Is able to work cross functionally with multiple internal business and technology departments in an agile structured project environment 
• Has consistently met or exceeded desired business outcomes through the usage of ProductXpress.
• Thrives as an independent professional consultant working in a supportive, productive, equitable, diverse and inclusive work environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Support and perform ProductXpress application upgrades for clients
• Work seamlessly alongside team members serving as a liaison between actuarial, systems development, and a variety of business teams
• Ensure the delivery of tested, accurate and precise ProductXpress solutions supporting new and modified insurance product calculations 
• Work towards continuous improvement exploring new ways to increase efficiencies and enhance the client’s experience
• Act as coach and mentor to staff and client resources on the use of ProductXpress, in the development of best practices and in the transfer of knowledge ensuring post project readiness

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a ProductXpress Consultant
• Ability to demonstrate hands-on knowledge of ProductXpress business processes and functionality 
• Highly experienced with Product set up in the ProductXpress application. 
• Knowledge of creating and analyzing data flows, data models, system integration, APIs
• Ability to decode the complex insurance product formula available in calculation sheets
• Experience interacting with business units to understand their flow problems and provide business solution
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence gained through working within an Agile project environment 
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to working with multiple and changing priorities in a challenging fast paced work environment
• Proficient at planning, prioritizing and executing work, identifying issues and providing timely solutions
• Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science is preferred 
• Exposure to DXC’s ProductXpress will be an added advantage

 

Flexible Work Arrangements:

This position is primarily work from home but may require occasional travel.
